Shipping Policies
At Gateway Sheet Music, we strive to ship your music in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Shipping charges are calculated when your order is packaged and shipped, based on package size, weight, and distance.
Additionally, residential shipments, particularly to rural areas, may have higher rates compared to commercial address deliveries. We also offer International and Express Shipping—see details below.
Preferred Carriers
We primarily ship through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and occasionally FedEx. You may indicate your preferred carrier in the comment section during checkout. Unless otherwise indicated, we will ship by the most effective means, taking pricing and delivery time into account. Below are estimated domestic shipping costs. Arrival times are based on business days.
Note: The shipping estimates below do not include possible seasonal adjustments charged by USPS, UPS, Fedex, and other carriers between October and January.

Express & International Shipping

- - International Shipping: Rates depend on weight and location. We primarily ship via DHL, which is often faster and more cost-effective than UPS or USPS. If we find a significantly cheaper option, we will contact you before shipping.
Additional Fees
- - Drop Shipment Fee: If your order is shipped directly from the publisher, they may charge a drop shipment fee of $5.00 - $10.00.
