Forty Days and Forty Nights

Accompaniment - ["Organ"]

"This setting for use during Lent uses J. S. Bach’s organ arrangement of Vivaldi’s Concerto for Two_x000D_
Violins with Bach’s own harmonization of the tune HEINLEIN, also referred to as AUS DER TIEFE (“Out_x000D_
of the Depths”). The middle stanzas use traditional and modern harmonies, while the final stanza_x000D_
combines elements of the Vivaldi/Bach concerto with the Bach hymn tune harmonization."
