Accompaniment - ["Keyboard"]
This piece was composed to be sung during the Mandatum of the Holy Thursday liturgy. The text is based on Psalm 136 that is traditionally chanted following the Passover meal. The setting features parts for two cantors, and the repetitive assembly response is simple enough that it can be sung as they participate in the liturgical rituals.
