Frank M. Diaz is professor of music education and founding director of the Office of Wellness and Arts Health Initiatives at Indiana University. He has shared mindfulness-based practices with thousands of musicians over the last decade through workshops, courses, and community outreach, and has been meditating since he was a teenager. Diaz holds a Ph.D. in music education with an orchestral conducting emphasis from Florida State University.
