This Old Man

Originally written in England as an aid to help children learn to count, this familiar folk song has been given a very original treatment that allows young players an opportunity to enjoy an engaging musical treat! A number of styles are present in this musical journey, including a chorale-like middle section that introduces a second melody, which in a later section becomes a counter-melody to the "This Old Man" melody.
