Clarinet solo with piano/CD accompaniment This solo is written in the style of a fanfare heralding the entrance of a king or queen or some dignitary. Different from most fanfares this is also written as a minuet, which is a musical form in ¾ time that is based on a French dance. The piece therefore should be played in a majestic way, but with a dance-like lilt.
